Build Fast, But Think Harder
One moment someone’s talking about cashflow issues and pricing struggles in a local café... next thing you know, we’re deep in a philosophy jam about building products.
There was this one gem:
“Just because the product’s good doesn’t mean it sells itself.”
This hit hard. Someone was selling top-tier coffee at ₹110 great taste, great vibe but struggling with margins and overhead. The community nudged them, “You’ve got something excellent, but excellence alone doesn’t convert.”
And that’s the trap a lot of us fall into: obsessing over building, while forgetting pricing, positioning, and how the heck it’ll make money.
Takeaway? Building is cheap now. But thinking it through? That’s the real premium skill.
